I know I'm kinda late to this website, but is it just me or is the hype dieing down? Not trying to insult anyone or anything, I'm just not ready to give up on Fastlane. It still overly excites me every time I talk about with others and know that there are other fans out there. Not many people I know have seen the show. To be honest I wouldn't have if I didn't stay home from school one morning and catch it on some weird channel. This show was monumental for me. Billie Chambers has become the new Xena, and I've been a hardcore Xena fan since her first airing on Hercules. Maybe it's the lady loving in me, but there's something amazing about a beautiful woman who kicks butt, loves classic muscle cars, and looks great in leather pants. Hmm... I'm seeing a pattern here only no cars in ancient Greece. But seriously, I hate to see fansites for this show dieing down. They waited six years to bring X-Files back on the big screen, so there might still be a chance for our heroes Billie, Van, and Deaq.

DON'T DIE GRANDMA!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, that was entirely random, but it was the first thought that came to my head. (And, to explain, my mom rented this really cheesy, family movie, in which that is the only thing I can remember... Someone screaming that phrase all fake-acting and such)
BUT anyway, no! Don't give up! I'm so lame I've been fighting this cause for, what? 9 years now? I can't even remember. Fans come and go.. It's very sad.. If you backtrack through posts you will see numerous references about me talking to myself.. I even had a second account to try to stir up some conversation... All efforts failed.
Every now and then a good fan will come along, and slowly fade away, so it's depressing. But I love the show, and I will always have this forum...though the ads are starting to tick me off.

Yea I've seen and felt the whole hype die down. I used to love this show and since the DVDs came out officially, that I still haven't gotten, it's like we got it so what else is their to do?
I dunno I guess I'm just settled on the whole thing. It was great while it lasted.

Awwww. There's plenty more to do like indepth psychological evaluations of the characters. Jking. But maybe a game or something. When I was a terri clark fan club member there was a game on there the person would post a lyric from a song and someone would have to guess the song title and if you guessed it you put up the next lyric. We could start a game where you post the qoute and the next person has to get who said the qoute and the episode? It's not great but it'd get people's interest back on the show and have people re-watching it. That might help get some of the hype back up. Oh well, just an idea I'm throwing out there.

Haha, sorry.
Not all teenagers are "bad" just the ones who get in trouble for doing stupid things like back-talking and ignoring direct orders and punching lockers. Oh yeah, and the ones who try plowing into me by disregarding stop signs as they're going 35MPH out of the school parking lot. Granted, it's a Friday afternoon, but that's no excuse for ignoring the law.
Not sure if you're familiar with Bobby Singer from the show Supernatural, but I am smiling as I quote him: Idjuts
